San Antonio-headquartered Sirius Computer Solutions Inc. will get Forsythe Technology Inc. for an undisclosed amount, Sirius announced this past week.
Together both companies would employ more than 3,000 people in more than 70 offices nationwide, and also may have generated more than $3 billion in earnings in the past twelve months, as stated by the announcement. Is subject to regulatory acceptance, according to the announcement.
“Joining with Forsythe helps us extend the depth of our services and solutions offerings to our customers, specifically in safety, risk management and data centre conversion,” said Sirius CEO and President Joe Mertens, in the announcement. “We look forward to combining the best of the companies in support of our commitment to this high quality delivery of customized solutions for our clients.”
Sirius provides technology solutions to corporate customers and more than 5,000 corporate, according to the announcement.
The IT solutions integrator has produced six acquisitions since 2014: “Brightlight Consulting; Varrow, Inc.; Avnet, Inc.’s digital alternative services; Force 3; thinkASG; and Continuum Security Solutions.”

Forsythe has more than 1,000 employees in 40 locations, according to more than $ 1 billion in gross revenues, and also the announcement.
“Joining with Sirius allows us to expand our product and solutions offerings to best serve our longstanding customer base,” explained Bill Brennan, president and CEO of Forsythe Technology, at the announcement. “We’re very impressed with the credibility and reputation Sirius has assembled in the IT sector, and look forward to the expanded abilities we are going to be able to bring to our customers as a result of this acquisition.”
A spokeswoman for Sirius said the business would not be able to provide additional details.
